This past Monday, March 16, 2020 I had the privilege of visiting your office to receive a Hearing Test, as was advertised in a flyer we received in the mail.  I have been dealing with the loss of hearing for many years from working around heavy equipment and industrial noises.  From the moment we walked into your office my wife Bonnie and I were treated with the upmost kindness and hospitality.  The office manager was exceptionally helpful.  Corine was the Hearing Technician.  She was very professional, treating us with great attention to our every need.  Her experience in hearing aids was exceptional and I acknowledged to her on my follow up visit, her knowledge was such due to her own need of hearing devices from a young child.  We wish to express our gratitude to Hanover Hearing for their great service and again, a very professional Technician, Corine, who walked us through the many options available and rendered excellent service.  We will recommend Hanover Hearing along with their excellent service, well trained and knowledgeable staff to anyone we feel is looking for Hearing needs.  Thank you again to Corine for your excellent service.

Hearing Aids have made a world of difference in my hearing, they are comfortable and are very easy to install and keep charged.  I would recommend these units to anyone.

Hanover Hearing Center is just terrific!  If I have a concern or a question, it is dealt with immediately.  Need a appointment?  They get it scheduled quickly!  Nothing is a problem that they cant solve!  I’m just so happy they are there for me!

I am an 83 year-old man who has worn hearing aids for 25 years.  During this time I have used the services of four hearing centers, because of job locations and now retirement.  The Hanover Hearing Center is by far the best Hearing Center of the four a real five star operation.  They are friendly, professional, ask the right questions, and respond quickly if an when issues arise reguarding ones hearing aids.  They have my whole hearted endorsement, very satisfied client. 

Glad I found Hanover Hearing Center, I now have a new outlook on my life.  I am so happy with my hearing aids and the people I have met here, they have been so helpful and kind.  I am so glad to have beenhelped to hear again. 

What a great change in my hearing since I started using my BiCross hearing aids.  I now can hear from all directions.
